Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

Leading, motivating, and developing a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, and conducting performance reviews.

Financial Operations:

Overseeing daily financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and budgeting processes.

Financial Analysis:

Analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to support decision-making.

Strategic Planning:

Contributing to the development and implementation of financial strategies and long-term financial goals.

Compliance:

Ensuring adherence to financial regulations, policies, and procedures.

Process Improvement:

Identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and implement new technologies.

Reporting:

Preparing and presenting financial reports to management and stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to support business objectives.
