Job Description

As senior representative of TLMTI, you will lead Direct fundraising team members and you will engage them in the conversation, on the field and permissions. So, they can raise monetary contribution from the prospects for TLMTI projects and hospitals You will Built, trained and coached fundraising team of face to face & door 2 door fund raising executives. You will be responsible for managing self & team's performance in accordance with agreed income targets You will prepare and deliver reports for management on team performance, on daily/weekly/monthly basis. You will work with the team and will help them to do their best, during the street or permission activities. You will guide/train & support them to achieve incentives. You will learn about the work of TLMTI, our beneficiaries and their life changing stories.
