We are seeking an experienced ERPNext & Odoo Specialist to lead our ERP implementation and support team. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in ERPNext and Odoo with proven leadership skills to manage projects, guide team members, and deliver high-quality ERP solutions aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Technical & Functional Responsibilities
Lead the implementation, customization, and integration of ERPNext and Odoo solutions
Analyze business processes and translate requirements into ERP configurations
Configure modules such as Accounting, HR, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, and CRM
Oversee custom development (Python, JavaScript, XML, APIs)
Ensure data migration, system performance, security, and scalability
Troubleshoot complex technical and functional issues
Manage ERP upgrades, patches, and version migrations
Team Leadership & Project Management
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of ERP consultants and developers
Assign tasks, review deliverables, and ensure adherence to best practices
Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and the ERP team
Conduct code reviews and functional validations
Support team skill development and performance evaluations
Client & Stakeholder Management
Gather and document business requirements from clients or internal teams
Conduct workshops, demos, and user training sessions
Prepare functional and technical documentation
Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience with ERPNext and/or Odoo
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, PostgreSQL/MySQL, and REST APIs
Experience with ERPNext Frappe Framework and Odoo ORM
Knowledge of accounting and business workflows
Experience with integrations (third-party systems, payment gateways, logistics, etc.)
Leadership & Soft Skills
Proven experience as a Team Lead or Senior ERP Consultant
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
3+ years of ERP implementation experience
1+ years in a leadership or team lead role (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Agile or Scrum project environments
Exposure to cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, or similar)
