Doka MEAAP is currently looking to recruit a career driven professional to join its versatile team in Navi Mumbai, India. The suitable candidate will be a qualified, natural team player who can add significant value to this highly dynamic team.

As a valued member of our engineering team, you will be based in our Navi Mumbai, India office, working on projects across the Middle East Africa & Asia Pacific (MEAAP) regions.



Doka India is currently looking for a Team Leader Engineering who will lead and manage a team of engineers to design, support and promote realization of the engineering strategy.

• Lead engineering teams for multiple projects
• Motivates team and implement economical and practical formwork solutions to meet the team and company objectives.
• Conduct advanced static calculations.
• Produce and/or approve material lists, offer drawings and shop drawings.
• Ensure that project deadlines/milestones and project engineering budget is met.
• Assist the Sales Team in client presentations or for project site support.
• Advise Formwork Instructor in regard to technical problems/issues that arise on site.
• Provide strong leadership and actively promotes engineering trainings/development for engineering staff.
• Coordinate availability of engineering staff with the Head of Engineering
• Ensure that policies, procedures, programs and standards of performance and compliance are adhered to. Monitor adherence to contractual guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s/Diploma (Civil, Mechanical or Construction engineering),
• Minimum 12+ years in High-rise, Infrastructure / Civil Formwork Design
• Minimum 4+ years\' leadership experience with international formwork systems
• Knowledge of CAD & Project Management tools (experience with 3D, Revit, Inventor and RStab are a plus)
• Well-developed analytical skills and technical proficiency
• Ability to manage multiple projects while adhering to strict deadlines and budgets.
• Ability to communicate professionally to clients and internal stake holders while providing the best solutions for both parties.
• Able to work independently and as a team player in a results-driven, fast-paced environment.
• A good listener and ability to diagnose client requirements.
• Hands-on mentality and engaged personality, confident attitude.
• Willingness to travel to other countries.
• Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Additional Information

Location: This position will be based in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai.
