Position description:

To ensure availability of machines in the respective unit, by adhering to PM schedule and carrying out corrective maintenance.

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct sunrise meeting with the workmen. Allocating work and maintain self log card for workmen. Maintain 2s and VCS updating. Carryout preventive / Predictive maintenance as per the schedule. Identifying the root causes of breakdown through why why analysis Identifying the root causes of breakdown through why why analysis. Carryout services as per schedule for machines under AMC. Clear the abnormalities & unsafe conditions identified in audits and carryout process instruments calibration. Support workmen in TEI/QCC activities.
