Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Management:
Oversee the end-to-end operations of Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces.
Ensure product listings are optimized for maximum visibility and sales.
Monitor account health, resolve disputes, and address performance issues.
Strategize and execute campaigns to enhance product performance and visibility.
Team Leadership:
Lead, motivate, and guide the team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Allocate tasks, set performance goals, and conduct regular team reviews.
Address team queries and ensure smooth workflow without requiring constant supervision.
Operational Management:
Supervise day-to-day floor activities and maintain discipline and focus.
Ensure team productivity aligns with company objectives.
Handle escalations and implement solutions promptly to maintain operational efficiency.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze sales trends and marketplace performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare and present periodic performance reports to management.
Process Improvement:
Develop and implement efficient workflows to streamline operations.
Stay updated with the latest marketplace policies and trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce or Management preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience managing marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of marketplace operations, keyword optimization, and campaign management.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Excel and data-driven decision-making.
