We are looking for a Team Leader - Debt Collections (Domestic Process)

Team Leader - Debt Collections

in our Domestic Process team. In this role, you will lead a team of Collection Executives, handle both inbound and outbound collection calls, and resolve customer issues related to outstanding debts across the domestic market. We are seeking an experienced professional who can manage a team and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Collection Executives to ensure targets and performance goals are consistently met. Handle both inbound and outbound collection calls to resolve issues related to debts from customers across the domestic market. Identify customers' needs, clarify information, and provide tailored solutions to resolve issues efficiently. Track and analyze team performance, providing guidance and support for improvement. Maintain accurate records of all conversations and transactions in the database. Escalate priority issues to higher management as needed, ensuring prompt resolution. Participate in client briefings, team meetings, and training sessions to stay updated on company processes and industry best practices. Ensure that team members adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and performance metrics.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in collections or related roles, with at least 2 year in a team leadership capacity. Strong communication skill. Excellent listening and negotiation skills to engage effectively with customers. Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable working in a shift-based environment. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage a team, set performance targets, and drive results. Previous experience in a domestic process is highly preferred.
