About the Product - T-Cops

T-Cops is a Finance Locker - India's leading digital EMI recovery solution designed to safeguard mobile handset financing. We simplify collections and reduce defaults through smart locking systems integrated with smartphones.

Key Responsibilities:

? Manage and grow territory sales through retailer onboarding and partner engagement

? Develop channel relationships across mobile dealers, DSA, and NBFCs

? Ensure T-Cops product is well implemented and activated at store level

? Train retailers & partners on product usage, benefits, and EMI recovery process

? Monitor performance metrics and ensure monthly activation & revenue targets

? Handle escalations and ensure seamless support to partners ?

Regular market visits, competitor analysis, and feedback reporting

Requirements:

? 2-5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in Fintech, Telecom, or Mobile Sales

? Strong understanding of channel sales and dealer management

? Ability to meet sales targets and build strong partner relationships

? Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

? Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territory

? Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred
