Job Overview
Deccan Finance Limited is looking for an experienced Team Leader Sales & Collections to lead and manage a high-performing team. The role involves driving loan disbursements, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales and collections team to achieve monthly disbursement, revenue, and collection targets.
Drive sourcing of Car Loans and Commercial Vehicle (CV) Loans through dealers, DSAs, referrals, and direct customers.
Manage the complete loan lifecycle including lead conversion, login, approval coordination, disbursement, and collections.
Ensure timely completion of PDD (Post Disbursement Documents) as per defined timelines.
Prepare and submit daily and weekly MIS related to sales performance, collections, and PDD status.
Ensure strict adherence to collection policies, RBI guidelines, and ethical business practices. Key Skills & Requirements
Strong leadership and people management skills.
In-depth knowledge of car loan and CV loan sales & collections processes.
Proven experience in NBFC / BFSI environment.
Ability to drive targets, manage teams, and ensure compliance.
