Job Role:

We are looking for an experienced

Team Leader

to manage day-to-day operations of a Dark Store for a leading Q-Commerce company. The candidate should have strong leadership skills and prior experience in dark store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of pickers, packers, and store staff Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations Maintain inventory accuracy and reduce shrinkage Achieve daily order fulfillment targets Monitor staff performance and ensure discipline Coordinate with delivery partners and central operations team Handle shift planning, attendance, and reporting Ensure hygiene, safety, and store SOP adherence

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of experience

in Dark Store / Q-Commerce operations (Mandatory) Experience in team handling is required Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage pressure in a fast-paced environment Flexible to work in rotational shifts
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ?273,566.38 - ?400,000.91 per year
