We are seeking a proactive

Team Leader

to oversee daily operations, manage a team, and ensure efficient order fulfillment in our

Dark Store

. This role is key to maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing workflows, and ensuring timely dispatch of orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise order picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Lead and motivate a team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance. Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate stock replenishment. Ensure quality control and address order discrepancies. Track key performance metrics and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Requirements:

Experience in retail, warehousing, or e-commerce fulfillment. Prior team leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible shifts.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹336,000.00 per year
