To lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual vehicle sales targets, ensure high customer satisfaction, maintain discipline, and coordinate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations in the showroom and field.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management
Achieve individual and team sales targets (retail, corporate, exchange, finance, insurance, etc.).
Plan and execute monthly sales strategies and promotional activities.
Monitor leads, enquiries, and conversions daily.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation for all vehicle sales.
Team Leadership
Supervise, train, and motivate the sales executives.
Assign daily tasks and targets to team members.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
Develop team members through mentoring and skill enhancement.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Handle escalated customer issues and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Promote customer retention and referral business.
Operational Coordination
Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Accessories, Service, and Accounts teams for end-to-end delivery.
Ensure timely vehicle delivery and follow-up on pending cases.
Maintain showroom discipline and ensure adherence to company standards.
Reporting & Analysis
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
Track competitor activities, pricing, and offers.
Provide inputs for market research and product feedback.
Compliance
Ensure all documentation, payment collection, and invoicing follow company and brand policies.
Maintain compliance with RTO, finance, and insurance norms.
