Manage and supervise the Customer Care Team
Allocate daily tasks, monitor performance, and ensure targets are met
Handle customer complaints, repair requests, and service follow-ups
Track job status, turnaround time, and customer updates
Coordinate with technicians for repairs, estimates, and approvals
Maintain records of service jobs, warranties, and communications
Handle escalations and ensure quick resolution
Train and mentor customer care executives on soft skills and process
Prepare daily/weekly service and customer care reports
Required Skills
Experience in customer care / watch service center operations
Proven experience in team handling / team leader role
Strong communication and customer-handling skills
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
Qualification: Any degree
Experience: Min 3 year in same role
Salary: 25000 - 30000 + Incentives
Location: Marine drive, Kochi
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
