Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Customer Service Team Leader
with at least 1 year of experience in leading customer service teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, rotational shift environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of customer service agents to achieve performance goals.
Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to quality standards and KPIs.
Handle escalated customer queries and complaints effectively.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
Prepare and maintain performance reports and submit to management.
Identify process improvement opportunities and work closely with relevant teams.
Ensure the team is updated with product/process knowledge.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and effective support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum
1 year experience as a Team Leader
in a customer service/call center environment.
Excellent communication skills -
Fluency in English is mandatory
.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Immediate availability to join.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
