Role Overview :

The L4 Chapter Leader - Credentialing & Contracting is responsible for managing end-to-end provider credentialing and contracting activities. This role leads a team to ensure accurate documentation, timely application processing, compliance with regulations, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and initiate credentialing and contracting opportunities Perform pre-application analysis and documentation review Oversee application completion, compilation, and submission Track applications and ensure timely follow-ups Manage provider and document-related escalations Ensure compliance with credentialing standards and internal policies Drive quality improvement and operational excellence within the team

Eligibility & Qualifications :

Minimum 3+ years of experience in analysis or documentation-related roles CPCS (Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist) is an added advantage Strong understanding of documentation processes Excellent communication and analytical skills Prior experience leading or mentoring teams is an advantage
