Job Description

:

The Team Leader - Collections is responsible for managing and guiding a team of collection executives to achieve monthly recovery targets while ensuring compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and ethical collection practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, monitor, and motivate a team of collection executives to meet daily and monthly collection targets. Allocate portfolios and routes to field and tele-calling executives. Track team performance, productivity, and recovery ratios on a daily basis. Conduct regular field visits and joint calls to support team members. Ensure adherence to DRA guidelines and Code of Conduct (COC). Handle escalated customer cases and dispute resolutions. Review follow-ups, PTP (Promise to Pay), and overdue accounts. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Train new joiners on collection processes, systems, and compliance. Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of collection receipts. Coordinate with legal, credit, and operations teams when required. Control bounce cases, NPA movement, and delinquency levels. Maintain discipline and ethical behavior within the team.

Educational Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline (preferred)

Experience:

3-6 years of experience in collections Minimum 1-2 years of experience as Team Leader
