Co-observe the CCE activities and Yield assessment followed by projection of claims Training and coaching Assessment of technical knowhow of the individual team member and design program enable for filed investigation in Crop Investigation cases. 2 Efficiency of Fraud prevention framework : Identification of Region/Geography specific triggers/trend based on discussion with investigator and local authorities. Share the trends based on geography and investigation experience with the underwriting/sales teams. Deterrence: Representation before District Level Monitoring Committee (DLMC) of Social Audit activity. As about 5% of the beneficiaries may be verified by ICs and will send the feedback to concern DLMC and State Government/SLCCCI on Crop Insurance (PMFBY Guideline) Work on projects that will realize the greatest amount of Business value and take necessary step to ensure sustainability 3 Strategy and Planning: Analyze complex information and translate into meaningful reports. And appropriate courses of action to unearth the fraud. Formulate short, medium and long-term training plans linked to the Insurance sector\xe2\x80\x99s business and create training journeys for specific products/investigative aspects Create processes that enables people to work with autonomy as well as ensure proper control 4 Team Management: Participate in recruitment process to identify right talent for various positions within own team Establish individual performance expectations and regularly review individual performance of the team Support, guide and motivate team members in delivering their responsibilities in business as usual and resolve their concerns/ challenges, if any
