BE / BTech in Civil Engineering (ME/MTech preferred)
Job Summary:
The Team Leader - Civil Engineering will be responsible for leading and managing project teams, ensuring timely execution of civil works, maintaining quality standards, controlling costs, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end execution of civil construction projects (roads, bridges, buildings, infrastructure, etc.)
Prepare project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
Lead, guide, and motivate site engineers, supervisors, and supporting staff
Allocate tasks and ensure productivity and discipline at site
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and authorities
Liaise with procurement for timely availability of materials and equipment
Monitor project costs, variations, and claims
Approve measurements, bills, and subcontractor payments
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?100,000.00 - ?180,000.00 per month
