Lead the sourcing team Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure alignment with company goals Analyze market trends, competition, and customer preferences to identify opportunities Leverage networks and contacts to generate leads and referral from booked clients.

Prerequisites

Proven experience in real estate is a must Strong interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of the local real estate market and current industry trends
