Key Responsibilities:

Train, mentor, and support team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
Collaborate with management to forecast sales, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities.
Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and CRM usage for tracking leads and conversions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
