Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Source client data from Internet. Intranet and bespoke data providers/GAM/CCMG teams as required.
  • Customized research activity needs to be undertaken for different client segments - the same should be validated for on boarding clients through the process of raising CDD profiles.
  • Put in place CDD documentation/eCDD records for CIB and CB Customers on direction from GAM teams.
  • Obtain any missing client documentation by follow-up with GAM/CCMG.
  • Escalation of issues on profile production to CDD Checker/Supervisor/Manager.
  • Plan/prioritize and track CDD review workload to ensure timely delivery.
  • Understand and comply with all relevant policies and procedures issued by the Group FCC.

  • Understanding of the business and role requirements and align the same in the workplace
Processes
  • Adhere to the policy requirements and work accordingly as per the laid down process and procedure
Risk Management
  • Escalate any Gaps in process/DOI whenever it surfaces.
  • Exercise due care in handling any external email correspondence
  • Identify and escalate any risk issues to the Manager and help in finding out solution to risk-issues.
  • Demonstrate any time readiness to any audit (any internal/External Risk review Escalate any Gaps in process/ DOI whenever it surfaces.
  • Participate in BCP test as applicable, Call tree exercise and address issues as appropriate.
  • Maintain Clear Desk Policy
Governance
  • Maintain data confidentiality and seek clarification from managers wherever there is a point of doubt.
  • Adherence to the code of conduct at all times and escalation to Line Manager in the event of any deviations/exceptions noted
