Graduation in any discipline or equivalent

Work Experience

: Minimum 5-8 years (Industry - Automobile Only)

Skills and requirements -

Worked as a Sales Consultant in an automobile dealership compulsorily. At least 1 year of team handling experience.

Understanding of Sales Process & Operations

Good Communication & Networking Skills

Customer Centric

Good Product Knowledge

Valid car driving license is compulsory

Roles & Responsibilities -

Approach potential customers to establish relationships

Manage day-to-day interactions with clients, and ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive. Also monitor and evaluate the performance and satisfaction of stakeholders

May become experts on the organization's products and services, and keep up to date with their evolution.

Drive increased engagement between the Customers and Nexa, ensuring clients are satisfied with the services they receive, we deliver desired outcomes and to improve upon any areas of dissatisfaction

May lead or participate in negotiations, contracts, proposals, or projects that involve customers.

Create value and trust by providing relevant information and solutions, and resolving issues or conflicts.

Working Hour:

General day shift of 9 hours (6 days/rotational week off)

Park Street NEXA Maruti Suzuki Showroom, 57A, Park Street, Park Mansions Building, Kolkata - 700016.
