Job Description

1. Monitoring Sales Executives on daily basis.

2. Ensure updation ofEBR activities ofExecutives.

3. Identify training requirements of team members and the request is forwarded to HR Department.

4. ....Ensure that all payments are collected before the vehicle delivery.

5. Ensure the bank payments/collections of your branch .

6. Monitor and control the expenses of Executives (like petrol! food and other required

expenses after ensuring if these expenses are required as per company policy or not).

7 Conducting daily team meeting and taking reports from the Executives.

8. Helping Sales Executives in closing the sales.

9. Helping executives for home visit.

10. Train the Executives on their product knowledge and helping them to improve their closing

sales.

11. Giving daily performance reports to ASM and if required to SM.

12. Situation handling in the absence of team member.

13. Weekly reviews on team perfonnance.

14. Guiding the Sales Executives for achieving Sales target as well as Insurance, warranty,

accessories and finance.

15. You must be aware about the daily activities/status of each Sales Executive and at evening you

must

verify the committed plans of the Executives.

16. Make delegation of work for the Sales Executives.

17. To review monthly performance of the team.

18. Apply motivation techniques for higher results.

L9. Apply saies motivation to team and in the event of shortfall in performance, take corrective

measures .

20. Visit important Customers.

21. Detennination and revieyv of Customer requirements.

22. Generating enquiries by way of Demos, displays, digital marketing .

23. Review of Customer requirements.

24. Any other Company works as assigned by Management/Superiors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
