Employee Type Permanent JOB DESCRIPTION: Desired Skills Experience with web development technologies including ASP.NET, MVC,JavaScript, Angular/React, AJAX, Bootstrap/CSS, Python (Good to have) Experience with database development including relational databasedesign, SQL, and ORM technologies. Proficient with Microsoft .NET Framework and .NET Core development usingC# In-depth knowledge and experience with Microsoft technologies including MVC, LINQ, EF/Dapper Extensive experience of software design patterns Extensive experience designing and developing enterprise-grade software. Experience with source control management (Git/Azure DevOps) systems andcontinuous integration/deployment environments Working knowledge of complex programming languages, web tools, scriptinglanguages, database design, application/systems integration development (API)and operating systems Experience of people management and the ability to lead and influenceothers Experience in formal personal development planning and individual, team, and process performance management Must be good in documentation (High-level design documents, Code reviewdocuments, etc) Proven experience in leading and managing the delivery of system/softwaredevelopment projects in a structured environment. Must be good at managing and monitoring theteam . Experience in a variety of software development approaches andmethodologies Experience in both architecture and implementation-level software design Experience in requirements capture, analysis techniques, and processimprovement approaches Strong facilitation and coaching skills Excellent personal organization and ability to prioritize and carry outmultiple tasks Able to influence and drive projects to meet key milestones and overcomechallenges Comfortable working without routine supervision A desire to remain technically capable and an expert in current technologies. Knowing MS AZURE CLOUD (IaaS,PaaS) would be an added advantage.
