Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 25-30 agentsto achieve sales and productivity targets.
Ensure AHT maintenance, revenue generation, and target achievement.
Perform calculations and reporting on Attrition, Shrinkage, SLA adherence, etc.
Utilize Advanced Excel for data analysis, MIS reporting, and performance tracking.
Drive quality and compliance standards across the team.
Monitor and optimize dialer performance and call flow.
Previous experience in BPO is mandatory (Outbound Sales preferred).
Strong analytical skills with Advanced Excel expertise.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
Ability to manage KPIs like Quality, Call Productivity, Sales & Shrinkage.
Hands-on experience in dialer management and performance improvement strategies.
