We are seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven Team Leader to guide, support and manage a team of customer service representatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional service standards, driving team performance and fostering a positive work environment

Team Supervision Performance Management Training & Development Reporting & Analysis Customer Experience Conflict Resolution Engagement & Motivation Process Adherence

Qualifications



Proven experience in management and leadership roles within a customer service environment Strong supervisory skills with a focus on performance management Excellent communication skills in English Ability to analyze customer service metrics and implement improvements Multilingual capabilities are highly desirable Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop team members effectively
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
