Job Description
Team Leader Responsibilities:

- Setting clear team goals
- Delegating tasks and setting deadlines for your internal team

- Oversee day-to-day operation
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Motivate team members
- Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Encourage creativity and risk-taking
- Suggest and organize team-building activities
- Understanding and reading Kannada is a must.
- Previous experience in handling government projects will be added advantage.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management is expected.
- Must have Experience in Digital Marketing: FB ads, Google Ads, and Email Marketing.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), facilitation, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to clearly communicate in a dynamic environment across all levels;
- Must have knowledge in Branding and be in a position to incorporate the ideas to the Design team.
- Must have at least 5+ Years' Experience.
- Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
- Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Decision-making skills
- Day shift
