Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and mentor a team handling banking process operations (e.g., account management, loan processing, KYC, reconciliation, customer service, etc.).
Ensure daily targets and service-level agreements (SLAs) are achieved within quality and compliance parameters.
Monitor team performance through reports, dashboards, and quality audits.
Handle escalations and provide quick, effective resolutions to customer or process issues.
Train and develop team members to enhance productivity and domain knowledge.
Coordinate with internal departments to streamline workflow and process improvements.
Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management.
Maintain compliance with banking regulations, company policies, and data security standards.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.
Requirements:
Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
1- 2 years of experience in a banking or financial BPO/KPO process.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a team leader or supervisory role.
Strong understanding of banking operations (e.g., retail banking, credit cards, loans, etc.).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and process management tools.
Ability to manage performance, motivate teams, and meet deadlines.
