Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of executives/telecallers to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Monitor and manage team performance through reports and feedback sessions.
Coordinate with the operations and sales departments to ensure smooth processing of applications.
Ensure compliance with all banking and company policies.
Handle customer escalations and provide quick resolutions.
Train and guide new team members for better performance and process understanding.
Prepare and maintain daily MIS and performance reports.
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate (Any stream).
Minimum
2-5 years
of experience in banking, finance, or sales process.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage a team and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
Salary:
As per industry standards + Performance Incentives
