Your Role:

  • Possess strong knowledge of the Order to Cash (O2C) cycle and understand the impact of non-adherence to O2C activities.
  • Ensure timely maintenance and updates of process-related documents while effectively and efficiently handling all process-related queries.
  • Generate accurate and timely reports to support decision-making while ensuring the consistent achievement of service levels.
  • Provide proper and prompt responses to email queries from customers and internal teams.
  • Perform any additional tasks as requested by the business or management, tailored to specific country or organizational needs.
  • Identify areas of opportunity, implement changes to gain efficiency, and improve customer experience.
  • Monitor backlog and analyze team workload to optimize resource allocation.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction through surveys; investigate causes of dissatisfaction and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
  • Conduct performance review meetings and Individual Development Plans (IDPs) as per schedule.
  • Evaluate team performance, track KPIs, and set goals for individuals and for the team to align with business objectives.
  • Manage recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing performance management of team members.
  • Actively engage with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and alignment.
  • Coach, evaluate, IDP's and drive initiatives to enhance the level of engagement of the team
Who You are:
  • Graduation in any discipline
  • Requires minimum of 2-3 years' work experience in a similar work area as specialist and team management skills
  • Excellent knowledge in written and spoken English. Moreover, should have capability to work with team from different geographies and people from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to effortlessly work across cultures - emails and phone etiquettes
  • Showcases excellent ERP knowledge (SAP Variants, SFDC, WIMS and Oracle
