About the Department

Finance Global Business Services (GBS), Bangalore was established in 2007, is currently responsible for supporting Accounting, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Commercial Analytics, Financial Planning & Analytics for Head Quarters at Denmark, Region Europe, North America, International Operations & Global Service Centre Bangalore. Commercial Analytics is part of Finance GBS and was founded in June 2013 with the idea of establishing a team consisting of dedicated analytics professionals to provide the best-in-class analytical services and insights to the global organization. The main purpose of our existence is to provide superior service to our stakeholders consistently and add value to the processes in terms of standardization and efficiency.

The Position

As a Team Lead the key responsibility:

Responsible for leading a team and developing strategic scalable solutions focusing on Market access, Functional understanding and execution, Team management and development, program management, stakeholder management, Strategic tasks, Finance GBS initiative and responsibilities.

• Provide analytical and consulting services in designing, delivering, and executing projects related to Commercial analytics. Develop presentations for key stakeholders across International Operations.
• Experience in designing and building a compelling, structured, and logical storyboard. Translates business strategies to high-quality PowerPoint slides quickly and effectively.
• Excellent oral and written communications and editorial skills with communications and project management experience. Should be comfortable working directly with the senior leaderships.
• Prepare the project plans, track project milestones and own end to end responsibility for the projects. Ensure superior customer satisfaction by delivering high end quality deliverables. Resource management for the tasks.
• Strong project management skills in resolving multiple dependencies from different teams spread in different geographies across International Operations.
• Ongoing alignment on project milestones and deliverables from the in-house process experts and Business Commercial teams.

Qualifications

We are expecting you to hold the below skills and knowledge:

• Master\'s and bachelor\'s degree from recognized university - Pharma, Biotechnology, Public health, Management preferred.

• Minimum 8-10 Years of experience in analytical domain with market access and commercial projects.
• Knowledge on pharma market access and drug commercialization is a must.
• PMP, or similar project management training/ work exposures.
• Minimum of 3+ experience with Project management and managing key stakeholders in any geography.
• Strong program/ project management skills with around 2 or 3 years of proven track record in supporting operational excellence, Process efficiency, lean projects.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Stakeholder management, problem solving, pharma market access, people management, vendor management.
