About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Team Leader to manage a team of sales or telecalling executives in the Ayurvedic and wellness products sector.
The ideal candidate should have leadership qualities, strong communication skills, and the ability to train and motivate their team to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of sales or customer service executives.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team and ensure achievement.
Train new team members on product knowledge, communication, and sales techniques.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and performance reports.
Handle escalated customer issues and ensure quick resolution.
Maintain accurate data on leads, conversions, and customer feedback.
Motivate team members to maintain a positive and energetic work environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2-5 years of experience in team handling, telesales, or customer operations (preferably in FMCG, Ayurveda, Pharma, or Wellness industry).
Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
