3+ Years of experience in Data Entry / Non-Voice process Should have people management skills Monitor the work done by the team members and is accountable for his deliverables Must evaluate the performance of the team on a quarterly basis via Performance Appraisal Conduct daily team meetings and discuss items related to productivity, performance & upcoming plans & projects Identify the top performer of each shift and announce them on team meetings and on notice boardsResponsible for analyzing and fixing the TAT for the projects in hand.
