We are seeking an experienced Team Leader - Accounts Receivable (AR) for our Pune location. As a Team Leader, you will manage the AR process, oversee your team's deliverables, and ensure operational excellence while mentoring and guiding team members. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Accounts Receivable (AR) team, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of services.
• Oversee end-to-end AR processes including invoice creation, collections, aging reports, and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and audit guidelines.
• Train, mentor, and monitor team member performance to cultivate a high-performing, engaged team.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement strategies to increase efficiency.
• Proactively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain healthy relationships.
• Generate and review monthly AR reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Provide insights on key AR metrics and support leadership in decision-making.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable, with at least 1 year in a team leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of AR processes, systems, and workflows.
• Must have knowledge and experience in end to end O2C Process.
• Experience in working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage a team and motivate individuals to achieve organizational goals.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
