Job Description

Purpose of Position


To lead the PMC team and act as the primary interface with APCRDA, ensuring that all project components (towers, bungalows, external infra) are completed within cost, time, and quality requirements. The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy Major Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership, coordination, and decision-making authority for the PMC team. Liaise with APCRDA, PgMC, contractors, and consultants on project progress, risks, and approvals. Review designs, execution plans, and key deliverables before submission to client. Ensure integration of civil, architectural, and MEP works across towers and bungalows. Monitor cost control, quality, and safety compliance across sites. Chair review meetings and submit weekly/monthly reports with corrective action plans.
Qualification and Experience


Graduate in Civil Engineering with 20 years of Project/ Construction management experience in the construction of large buildings, roads infrastructure; must have exposure to PERT and CPM techniques. Skills & Qualities:


Strong leadership and negotiation skills. Deep knowledge of PERT/CPM and project control tools. Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. * Integrity and decision-making under pressure.
