Candidate should have Inbound customer service, ecommerce process or any voice process background knowledge in BPO and working as a Team Leader/ Lead in Operations department on papers for minimum 1 Year.Should have Hands-on experience in Team management and KPI's like AHT, Shrinkage, Attrition, Occupancy, Rostering, NPS/Csat and Dsat calculations.Should have managed Team and worked towards bottom quartile.Excellent communication skill.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?11,598.21 - ?17,000.00 per monthBenefits:
