Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced

Team Leader - Admissions

to oversee and guide the admissions team in delivering a seamless and effective admissions process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving enrollment targets, ensuring a high standard of customer service, and streamlining operations in coordination with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and motivate the admissions team to achieve individual and team targets. Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and support to ensure consistent improvement. Oversee the end-to-end admissions process including inquiry handling, application processing, follow-ups, interviews, and final enrollments. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of admissions data and key metrics. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quality counseling and prompt service. Handle escalated inquiries and issues, ensuring a swift and effective resolution. Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with admissions goals. Ensure compliance with institutional policies, admission criteria, and regulatory standards. Conduct regular reviews of team processes to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Business Administration, Education, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in admissions, counseling, or a related role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership capacity. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and use it to drive decisions. Proficient in CRM and MS Office tools.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in educational institutions or training organizations. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Familiarity with student visa processes (if applicable for international institutions).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
