Team Leader (Admissions & Counselling)

for our

Palakkad branch

This role is ideal for professionals with a background in

education consultancy, student counselling, and team handling

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of student counsellors Handle

student counselling and admission coordination

Train and guide counsellors on counselling process and conversions CRM handling and lead follow-up monitoring Target planning and daily performance tracking Coordinate with colleges and admission teams

Eligibility

Minimum

3-5 years experience

in: Student counselling / admissions Education consultancy / college admissions Prior

team handling or senior counsellor experience preferred

Strong communication and leadership skills Familiarity with CRM systems
