Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Team Leader (TL) to manage a team of 4-5 members responsible for logistics-related accounting and operational activities. The role involves overseeing stock entries, GRN (Goods Receipt Note) processing, data entry, bank payments, and preparation of stock reports. The candidate will ensure accuracy, timely reporting, and smooth coordination between the logistics and finance functions.

Key Responsibilities:
Team & Process Management:
Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of 4-5 members handling day-to-day logistics accounting operations.
Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to timelines and accuracy standards.
Provide guidance and training to team members on systems, data entry, and reporting procedures.
Stock & GRN Management:
Oversee stock entry in software and ensure data accuracy.
Verify and process Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and related documents.
Reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate discrepancies.
Data Entry & Documentation:
Ensure accurate entry of logistics-related transactions such as stock movement, inward/outward entries, and adjustments.
Maintain systematic records for audit and reporting purposes.
Bank & Payment Coordination:
Prepare and process bank payments related to logistics operations.
Coordinate with finance team for fund allocation, vendor payments, and reconciliation.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare periodic stock and logistics reports for management review.
Support the Head of Accounts & Finance in preparing MIS and other operational analysis.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for better control and efficiency.
Coordination & Compliance:
Liaise with vendors, transporters, and internal departments for timely document flow and payment processing.
Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.

Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, or Business Administration.
3-5 years of experience in logistics accounts, operations, or related fields, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Working knowledge of accounting/ERP software
Strong understanding of stock accounting, GRN process, and payment workflows.
Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
Good communication and team management skills.
