Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Team Leader to manage a team of ACCA Counsellors at our Surat center. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and counselling coordination skills, along with the ability to drive student engagement and meet enrollment targets. Fluency in English and Hindi is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of ACCA education counsellors
Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of counselling and admission targets
Train counsellors on program details, sales techniques, and student engagement
Ensure high-quality student interactions and satisfaction
Coordinate with the academic and operations team for seamless student onboarding
Prepare regular performance and progress reports
Handle escalated student queries or concerns professionally
Conduct regular team meetings and strategy discussions
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (education/counselling background preferred)
2+ years of experience in counselling, sales, or education industry
Prior team-leading experience is a strong advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Target-oriented with a student-first mindset
Preferred Skills:
Experience in managing teams in an education or edtech environment
Knowledge of ACCA courses or professional education counselling
Proficiency in CRM or student management systems
