We are hiring a

Team Leader - Academic

for our reputed institute. The role requires a dynamic and responsible professional who can lead, guide, and support the academic team to achieve excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide academic staff, including teachers and coordinators. Ensure smooth execution of classes, study plans, and schedules. Monitor student progress and provide academic support as needed. Maintain discipline, quality standards, and academic performance. Coordinate with management for curriculum planning and improvements.

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Education background preferred). Prior experience in academics/teaching/educational coordination is desirable. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to motivate both team and students.
