Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented
Team Lead - Customer Relationship Management
to lead client engagement operations and act as a central coordination point between Sales, Project Execution, and Customer Support teams. This role is critical to ensuring smooth deployment of
EV charging infrastructure projects
, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and ensuring transparent project communication and reporting.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, process ownership, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while driving timely project delivery and customer confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team
, ensuring high service standards and accountability.
Coordinate closely with
Sales and Project Teams
to ensure seamless execution and rollout of EV charging infrastructure projects.
Act as the primary escalation point for customer concerns related to project timelines, pricing, approvals, and service delivery.
Collaborate with the
CRMS team
to ensure accurate data validation, project tracking, and client account management.
Oversee communication related to
project milestones, payment follow-ups, approvals, and customer updates
.
Ensure real-time sharing of project progress across departments to improve operational transparency and workflow efficiency.
Track ongoing project status and support internal approvals for
discounts, pricing validations, and project cost confirmations
.
Drive proactive customer engagement by providing regular status updates and post-deployment support.
Prepare periodic reports for senior management on customer satisfaction, project progress, and operational bottlenecks.
Continuously improve CRM processes, documentation, and reporting mechanisms.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in
Customer Relationship Management, Client Servicing, or Project Coordination
, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead teams and align cross-functional workflows effectively.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Hands-on experience with
CRM systems, project tracking tools, and reporting dashboards
.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Exposure to EV infrastructure, renewable energy, or technical project environments will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
