Role
The role of a CSR Senior Manager will involve leading the strategic direction of Hero MotoCorp's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and ethical practices, ensuring legal compliance, and spearheading the integration of sustainability into CSR strategies to elevate the company's reputation and enhance stakeholder engagement at a higher level of leadership.

Strategic Leadership
Develop and refine the company's CSR vision and strategy in alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Compliance and Governance
Ensure that all CSR activities comply with legal requirements and ethical standards and oversee CSR governance structures.
Stakeholder Management
Engage with senior stakeholders, including investors, customers, and regulatory bodies, to communicate CSR commitments and progress.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor CSR managers and teams, fostering a culture of social responsibility throughout the organization.
Innovation and Best Practices
Stay abreast of global CSR trends and innovations, integrating best practices into the company's CSR approach.

Academic Qualification & Experience

• MBA/Masters' with a focus on Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability, or Non-Profit Management or related fields.
• Additional certifications or diplomas in CSR, sustainability, ethical business practices, or related areas

Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
Technical Skills/Knowledge

• Thorough understanding of CSR Law

• Thematic understanding of skilling, environment conservation, healthcare, nutrition, road safety, education and related areas
