For more information about our integrated portfolio of solutions across the food value chain including seeds, post-harvest, as well as physical and digital services, please visit upl-ltd.com and follow us on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook. 1 Dispatch Operations 1.1 Transfer all FGs from each plant to warehouse with transfer note 1.2 Co-ordinate with planner & concern departments for daily dispatch planning 1.3 Receive byproducts and get it dispatch on daily basis 1.4 Prepare dispatch documents for domestic sale, Captive transfers, Export sale of all Finished Goods as well as for by products, RM rejections, Capital goods OR any excisable goods etc 1.5 Prepare packing list after confirming the batch nos. with QA & production as per dispatch plan including export 1.6 Co-ordinate with approved transports and make arrangement for transportation of goods 1.7 Check and verify of Service agency bill and accordingl make entry in sap for FG 1.8 Co-ordination with transporter and ensure vehicle reported at gate 1.9 Co-ordination with By product marketing team for smooth despeatch operation 1.10 Follow SAP system for vehicle entry process For ensuring smooth functioning of Local Dispatch operations 2 Safety 2.1 Perform duties of PSR 2.2 Provide On-Job & Safety work training to the sub-ordinates & workers at work place To avoid any safety incidents 3 Housekeeping 3.1 Ensure proper storage arrangement of all FG received from each plants 3.2 Ensure that 5-S activities has to be followed at work area in Open ware house To ensure houskeeping standards in the working area We are one team, for maximum impact.
