We are looking for a diligent technical lead to join us.

As a technical lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the technical direction of projects and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate is an innovative professional with a passion for leading tech teams and driving technical excellence. Key Responsibilities

Lead team to Develop mobile & web apps

(React Native, Flutter, Node.js, Next.js, etc.) providing technical guidance, feedback and support. Design, develop, and maintain Android/iOS applications Collaborating with stakeholders to understand project requirements and define technical solutions.

Integrate AI models

(LLMs, GenAI, APIs) into apps for real-world use cases. Work with

automation tools

(Zapier, n8n, APIs) to streamline business workflows. Implementing best practices, coding standards and quality assurance processes within the team. Participating in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices Troubleshooting, resolving technical issues and addressing challenges in project implementation. Test and debug applications before delivery Serving as a technical expert and advocate for innovation and continuous improvement within the team and company.
Required Skills

5+ years of experience as a technical lead or a similar role in App development. Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture. Understanding of

AI APIs

(OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.). Familiarity with

databases

(Firebase, SQL, MongoDB). Experience in mobile app development (Android/iOS or cross-platform) Strong knowledge of programming languages (Java, Kotlin, Swift, React Native, or Flutter) Ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines Lead the planning, design and implementation of software solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives. Previous project portfolio is mandatory. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred

Prior experience in

AI-driven apps

. Knowledge of

automation & multi-agent systems

. Experience with

cloud services

(AWS/GCP/Azure).
