Please find the job description below and skills required for the same.Educational Qualification:BE, BTech, MCA, MSc/MTech in C.S from well reputed institutions/Universities.Skills Required:Deep technical knowledge of IBM ELM suite of products, including Engineering Requirements Management DOORS Next (ERM-DN), Engineering System Design- Rhapsody, Engineering Workflow Management (EWM), and Engineering Test Management (ETM).Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to map client requirements to ELM solutions.Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and methodologies.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support.Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and understand their pain points.Professional certifications related to IBM ELM products (e.g., IBM Certified Deployment Professional - ELM) are a plus.Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations.Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and create customized ELM solutions that address their needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of IBM ELM products to potential clients.
• Engage in technical discussions with clients to understand their existing systems, processes, and pain points, and offer suitable ELM solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, including technical specifications, project scope, and implementation strategies.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their challenges and pain points and provide expert guidance on how IBM ELM can address these challenges.
• Act as a subject matter expert on IBM ELM products, staying up to date with the latest features and enhancements.
• Lead the architectural design of IBM ELM implementations, including Engineering Requirements Management DOORS Next (ERM-DN), Engineering System Design- Rhapsody, Engineering Workflow Management (EWM), and Engineering Test Management (ETM).
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional ELM modules or services based on client requirements.
• Participate in industry events, webinars, and seminars to showcase our ELM solutions and share thought leadership.
• Skill up on PTC CodeBeamer ALM and PTC Windchill Modeller.
