Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of 10 people voice process sales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Monitor live calls, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to call quality and sales compliance.
Drive performance through motivation, mentoring, and regular coaching sessions.
Analyze team performance reports and implement action plans for improvement.
Manage team attendance, discipline, and adherence to process guidelines.
Conduct daily huddles to communicate updates, motivate the team, and align on goals.
Handle escalated customer issues and ensure prompt resolution.
Maintain high levels of team morale and ensure a positive work environment.
Ensure process compliance and contribute to overall sales strategy.
