Position: Team Leader - Claims Adjudication (US Healthcare)
Location: Coimbatore
Experience: Minimum 4.6 Years
Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader - Claims Adjudication with mandatory US Healthcare exposure to manage a team of adjudicators, ensure accurate and timely processing of US healthcare insurance claims, and maintain quality and SLA compliance.
Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum 4.6 years of experience in Claims Adjudication (US Healthcare)
At least 1 year of experience as an SME handling claim papers
Strong knowledge of US healthcare claims (Medical / Hospital / Professional)
Experience in quality audits, SLA tracking, and escalations
Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred
Location Preference: Candidates based in Coimbatore or willing to relocate immediately.
