Lead and supervise a team of 10-15 accountants.
Manage client portfolios and oversee all deliverables.
Perform bookkeeping in QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Odoo, and Xero*.
Handle month-end and payroll journal entries, bank reconciliations, and other balance sheet reconciliations.
Generate MIS Reports (AR/AP Aging Analysis, Custom Reports).
Conduct detailed financial statement analysis.
Independently manage onboarding and transition of new clients.
Ensure timely submission of financial reports and support audits.
Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Maintain strong client relationships and handle queries with confidentiality and professionalism.
Skills & Qualifications
Education:Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (mandatory).
Experience: Minimum 5 years in bookkeeping with hands-on experience in QuickBooks/Xero/Sage Intacct*.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and complex financial data interpretation.
Proficient in Excel(intermediate to advanced).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide the team.
Time management and multitasking abilities.
Bonus: Knowledge of US/Canadian tax filings (Forms 1040, 1120, 1099, etc.).
