About the Role



We are looking for a Team Leader to join our Global Client Finance practice in Gurugram. In this role, you will responsible for managing the client engagements, training and development of new joiners & running the training cycles smoothly, driving successful project execution. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project financials, and ensuring that the team meets both operational and strategic goals. You will work closely with senior leaders, internal stakeholders, and external clients to streamline processes, drive continuous improvement and results-oriented team culture

Key Responsibilities



Client Engagement

: Interaction with US clients to Oversee their work expectations and requirements through out project execution.

Team Training and Development:

As part of the training department, you will lead and mentor the finance, accounting, and bookkeeping team, training new joiners, ensuring their smooth onboarding, and supporting their professional growth through ongoing training and development while aligning team objectives with departmental goals.

Preparation of Financial Statements

- P&L and Balance sheet reporting, maintaining and updating accounting records across a diverse portfolio of US-based clients.

Project Financial Oversight:

Manage project budgets and forecasts for the team, ensuring compliance with internal policies and US GAAP. Review project financial performance regularly, conduct audits, and manage cost variance and pricing analysis.

Stakeholder Management :

Build and maintain strong relationships with senior partners, finance managers, project managers, and external stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor and ensure alignment across team

Problem-Solving & Process Improvement:

Identify areas for improvement within financial processes and propose actionable solutions. Work with global teams to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement in overall operations.

Team Leadership & Coordination:

Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, ensuring the effective execution of project financials and smooth operations. Foster a collaborative, results-driven culture and support team members in meeting performance goals..

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?1,700,000.00 per year
